Domaine de Graux is a regenerative farm in Tournai, Belgium, and a destination built for events that leave a mark.
Set across 120 hectares of orchard, meadow, forest and cultivated land, Domaine de Graux hosts gatherings, corporate retreats, and team experiences for those looking for more than a venue. It is a place to slow down without losing momentum, to connect without distraction, and to leave with a different view on the food system.
Sustainable agriculture is not a method here. It is a mindset. We restore soil, support biodiversity, and build systems that last. That same thinking shapes every gathering we host: attention to what matters, respect for the people and environment you are working with, and care for experiences that stay with a team long after the day is done.
FARM
Rooted in the land
At the heart of the estate is a farm that feeds everything around it. A conservation high stem orchard is home to a herd of organic Black Angus, grazing quietly across pasture and fruit-lined paths. Beyond the orchard, arable crops and a thriving market garden complete the picture. Everything grown and raised here finds its way to our farm-to-table restaurant, where the distance between field and plate is measured in steps, not miles.
Our impact framework
Our current extractive food system doesn’t just erode soil; it erodes the foundations of thriving communities and ecosystems. It is causing 4 interconnected losses: the loss of hope, the loss of biodiversity, the loss of knowledge, jobs and prosperity, and the loss of long-term economic viability. These losses feed one another; and reversing them requires working on all 4 at once.
This is why we anchor our impact in the 4 Returns framework. Developed by Commonland, initially for landscape-scale nature restoration, the frameworks maps 4 categories of regenerative value that we have adapted to our own context as a working regenerative farm.
